Just an interesting build I thought up of due to the recent Elafrost nerfs to it's mana regen and instead replacing it with Timewarp. This will not only give you that 175% mana regen but also a good chunk of magical power and higher ability uptime due to Timewarp's passive.

Item #3 can be switched around depending on the matchup. For example, if you're playing against a Grux you'd probably replace Flux Matrix with Tainted Guard.

Each of the items displayed (aside from Frostguard and Timewarp) compliment the "Maya" passive that World Breaker has in a very effective way because although most these items are very tanky and give a lot of health, you can still dish out a good chunk of damage with the health scaling increase in magical damage with the aforementioned "Maya" passive on World Breaker.

The only time I'd ever really run Frostguard with this build is if they have multiple carries or have a dominating carry as well as a melee fighter such as Grux or Serath that is utilizing Storm Breaker/Sky Splitter.
