Prophecy allows you more healing from your R passive through Attackspeed which scales off haste(you will have a lot of haste)
Timewarp gives staking AP and armor as well as Haste(At this point you can auto-q-auto-e-auto-q-.....) / Timewarp isn't necessary but its fun
Draconum for stacking AD and % healing as well as the steroid on takedown and Haste
Last item i like a defensive item to ensure I can get my Timewarp/Draco stacks without getting blown up
