Belica can be a great back line CC mid laner. Focus on leveling and farming early but you can do quick ganks once you have Combustion and your ult. Start roaming a bit more once you have 2 items. Once you have 3 items and your drone is maxed you should be looking to help in teamfights. Your focus is to help your team and have a big disruptive impact in fights. This is further enabled because you can quickly clear waves and push any lane in seconds by comboing your stun and bomb, then move on to another part of the map.
Your stun can be incredibly disruptive but doesn't get much advantage from leveling up early.
Since we are leveling up faster in the mid lane we can take drone as our second maxed skill. Drop this as much as possible. It really hurts the enemy in team fights and they often don't notice while there's a big team fight.
Bomb is maxed first as your main source of damage. You should be hitting stun then dropping bomb for extra damage from Noxia. Drone can go out as you engage or after your stun/bomb combo.
Use Obelisk every time it's off cooldown to gain magic damage stacks. It's helpful for right click damage too but the stacking magic damage means that you can scale infinitely and is more important so no need to save it for fights.
Your items are all magic damage and penetration so do not front line. Stay behind your tank and dish out the damage. Don't wait too long on your ult and use it on someone who is at half hp or less. The big damage can be a signal for your team to continue a team fight instead of retreating.
