Notes

Riktor support. Be on the front line and increase your allies damage, reduce enemy damage and speed, and be very tanky. Make sure to hit your silence every time it's off cooldown. Dynamo will make enemies that you hook or ult take 20% increased damage for 2.5 seconds. Once you have giants ring and you cast your ultimate your hook should be off cooldown a few extra times per fight. Use this to continually stun enemies and increase damage dealt to them. Don't hesitate to use hook at point blank range when it's off cooldown.

Core Items:

Dynamo - First item sets you up to do some damage before it drops off in the mid game. This also sets you up to give your team a lot of extra damage into the late game and synergizes with Giant's Ring and any Ability Haste.

Frosted Lure - More physical armor, a slow and passive damage that will stack with your E, which we will max level 2nd after hook

Flux Matrix - Start getting some magical armor and increase your stun times on enemies

Flex Items:

Crystalline - Gold standard for magical armor. If there are big casters on the enemy team they will be much less effective against you. If there is not much magical damage on the enemy team you can get Giant's Ring first or even replace this with Gaia Greaves. Replace with Tainted Bastion if the enemy team has a lot of healing.

Giant's Ring - This item is pretty core to this build with how well it synergizes with Dynamo and Frosted Lure. This item should have your cooldown getting very low in fights which will allow you to keep putting out damage and more importantly, stuns. The only thing I would replace this with is Tainted Guard if the enemy has a lot of healing and also a lot of magical damage.

Frostguard - Another armor boost for both physical and magical. Enemy attack speed reduction is a nice bonus especially if the carry is really laying into you. You'll also see a significant increase in health regen.

If you're able to get six slotted with this build you'll find that you're very hard to kill and can start fights, stay in them and then fully heal afterwards on your way to take objectives.

Anti Heal, replace Crystalline or Giant's Ring
Lots of enemy CC, buy 3rd or 4th and replace Frostguard
Replace Crystalline if enemy has little to no magic damage
