The purpose of this build is to achieve 7000 damage Ventilates on squishy targets.
Variant 1: You have 57 second CD on Ventilate and yes, if you could hit every shot you could kill 2 squishy characters with 2 autos, A Vaporize and throw the ult out.
Variant 2: You simply sub Prophecy for Magnify. This gives you a 37 second Ult CD but doesn't achieve max attack speed on your all in. So you lose a few bullets. The trade off in ult damage is very low CDs on every ability, and a little bit of on-hit damage.
Variant 3: Your Autos do much more damage, your ult does about 1500 less, however you have really low ability cooldowns and your Vaporize and Grenades hit like a truck
If you actually wanted to run this build in a not "just for fun" setting you would require a lot of set up. Suppression based CC and / or long lasting individual stuns would great. TwinBlast mid with a Countess jungle would probably be pretty deadly for target pick offs. Riktor or dekker would probably be the best support options.
