Notes
Had a few games with this build and yet to have a negative game with it. Good attack speed, ability damage, sustainability and once you get the bruiser items, your ability to 1v1 or even 1v2 is unmatched.
Swap citadel and absolution slots if facing a physical offlaner. I still recommend keeping absolution even if you are against a 3 physical team. Only swap it out to draconum if their midlaner is an ADC as well. If 4 or 5 magical on enemy team, swap out citadel for Mistmeadow Buckler.
