Get cleaver to help with clear, then basilisk to let you brawl the offlaner.
If you are up in lane you can pass up cleaver and go straight to basilisk.
You can also upgrade cleaver to overload as well if you are bullying your lane already
Razuul will further help with clear and you should start trying to invade their jung.
Depending on the enemy team comp go citadel for phys defence or void for magical.
At this point you can sell cleaver for salvation or greaves.
The rest of the items at this point are flex picks based on game tempo and enemy team comp.
