Ability Priority:
Stun (R) > Leap (RMB) > Shred (Q) > Heal+Cleanse (E)
General Notes:
Khaimera excels at Early-Game to Mid-Game Ganks.
Prioritizing Upgrading his Leap (RMB) over his Shred (Q) to follow enemies easier and secure kills.
Watch out for enemy blinks or teleports BEFORE you Ult.
It is best to swing a few times first because most players will panic especially when under 50% HP.
Current Ranged Meta makes Salvation very useful for sustainability.
Build Details:
Prioritize Barbaric Cleaver (left side of Overlord) then rush Berserker's Axe.
Gaia Greaves is for speed for both engaging and disengaging.
