As of right now last 2 items are just for fun, build against the team. If they have healing/Lifesteal build just about anything tainted to cut healing. You can reduce healing/lifesteal by 80%. So Khai, Grux, Countess, Narbash, or anyone that builds any sort of sustain/Lifesteal/Regen
EDIT: The assassin build FEELS the strongest ATM.
