Notes
This build starts as a standard support and then transitions into an Attack Speed build once you obtain Marshall and either Prophecy or Plasma Blade, just don't forget to then get the other. Onixian Quiver and Oblivion Crown are just for scaling into late-game as you'll have more than enough Attack Speed with Marshall, Prophecy, and Plasma Blade combined. Tainted Scepter/Totem can also help combat high healing builds, but realistically your damage should significantly outweigh any enemy healing.
