Notes
Some inspiration came from Empti's Countess gameplay, but I modified it a bit. I also feel like there are not a ton of great 0.18 Countess builds out there, especially for the jungle, so I wanted to get something I felt confident in. I see a lot with combustion and I don't love that item in the jungle. Maybe it's just me, but it feels like it belongs in a lane. I am unsure how I feel about Tainted Scepter, so I want to do more testing, but the extra damage and anti-healing is never bad.
