Super powerful build, if there is not a lot of CC or heal you can go with the first one in this order (completing the azur core when you can). Azur core allows you not to be to vulnerable while ultimate. If they have big CC get rid of azure core and build truesilver bracelet 2nd or 3rd item( if you build hp it's better for the shield). And if there is a lot of big boys the combination of noxia, megacosm and caustica will melt them. Doing a ton of damage going around 730 AP late game. Try it and let me know but it's working for me.
