Personal Build for Khaimera

Optionals explained:

• Saphir's Mantle is your defensive crest option and works best if you have to fullfil the role of enaging first.
• Judgement can be a good choice if you expect to fight the enemy jungler a lot. But I would generally recommend Iceskorn Talons anyway.
• Earthshaker for Bonesaw if you can afford to build more damage.
• Draconum can work if the enemy has little to no antiheal, but antiheal items are very strong currently so don't expect to be building this item a lot.
