Predecessor Builds > Iggy & Scorch > Maximum power

This build is based on stacking permanent magical power. I only put in timewarp so you get abilities of cool down faster and the mana regen is really nice, but it can be easily substituted since you get mana regen off caustica. Good subs would be tainted septer, lifebinder, dreambinder, or spellchecker depending on who you're playing into/enemy jungler.
