With patch 0.18, Morigesh got some delicious buffs in the form of item changes. She can now build plenty of ability haste without sacrificing any of her huge burst potential. You typically start with Megacosm for the tick dmg, ability haste, and mana to fuel the Soulbearer crest. Alternatively, Combustion is better this time around since you can get ability haste from a lot more places now. Combustion helps with clear and burst, but Megacosm scales better into late game. Pick your favorite. Second item is the amazing Noxia. Great source of ability haste, and its effect encourages Morigesh's wombo combo (RMB then Q) for massive dmg. Third item is Wraith leggings. Nothing new here. Helps with mobility as well as executing heroes with your ultimate. You can also go Tainted Scepter here for the anti heal and haste. 4th and 5th items are usually non negotiable. Percent magic pen off of caustica and your biggest power spike off of Oblivion Crown. 6th item is as needed.
