With the arrival of 0.18, Serath got some delicious new toys to play with in the jungle as well as offlane. The first four items are your core items for the build. The changes to Storm Breaker make it kinda slow in the jungle for clear, as opposed to Sparrow who makes much better use out of it. So we instead start with Sky Splitter. Kingsbane's rework makes it scale off of attack speed, so we will slot this in 2nd. Earthshaker adds attack speed as well as the bulk that we need to stay in the fight. Finally, Basilisk gives you everything you need to melt the enemy team. Last items are as needed. If there are a lot of magic dmg heroes on the enemy team, consider Mistmeadow Buckler. Nice all in 1 item for your magic defense without sacrificing power. Khaimera in the game? Slot in Tainted Blade. Etc.
