With yhis build you shred. People go Magnify, and I thought it was good aswell. Penetration is to low, and you'll have to auto attack, thats not what you want.
Building full tank makes her useless. I though due to the dps you could go tanky, but u cant even 1v1 an adc. Considering passive is 30% ap every sec with mega yeah, dont think there is any better choice out there atm.
