Predecessor Builds > Feng Mao > Feng Wow 3.0???

I just threw this together to get the highest possible execute number, which may or may not be accurate here, but all that pen gives attack speed, and you can prob swap the tainted trident for tainted blade although you lose some pen that way, it does give an extra 10% to your damage for I think 3 seconds.
