Using mage crest, that makes it so you wont run out of mana early game = easy stacks w/o the need to back for mana.
Any crest upgrade will work, personal pref.
Swap Unbroken will with Fire blossom depends on the team

Early lane - play safe, focus on upgrading ur Q, dont be afraid of using ur E to get more stacks, like i said with the mage crest u wont run out of mana
Sev is pretty weak early game, to secure some kills early u can at level 6 bait aggresive offlaner by getting hit into your tower area, ult into tower and E.
After finishing dynamo you can get aggressive, E getting a big damage boost.
Combo - E into a Q and backout, should be more than enough to poke every offlane untill u feel like u can burst them down.
Right click only use to escape a gank early.
At T3/4 + 3 Items is where the build is "finished" rest is a bonus.
