Swap typhoon for razorback if need to be tankier, but typhoon makes a huge dps difference and help maintain mana from resolution. other items can be swapped around depending on enemy team and who your facing. Swap Curiass for Tainted gaurd, Wardens Faith, or Stonewall if theres more physical damage. Resolulution needed first item. Used Narbash Solo many of times, and only lost a few games. Usually win most and usually frag out of my mind if not have lost of assists.
