Standard build if 3 or more squishies. If enemy team is tanky would build Megacosm first and Caustica second. If need antiheal, build Tainted Scepter second instead of Caustica. If ahead, build Truesilver Bracelet third. If ahead and don't like Truesilver, build Golem's Gift or Spellbreaker based on enemy team's biggest threat. If behind or enemy team without hard CC, would build Dreambinder third. Fourth will always be Oblivion Crown. Fifth item can be anything based on the previous reasoning.
