The ultimate goal of kira is to get your six stacks of vengance as fast as possible. tether in attacks from grace in the fight. With this build you can solo fang at level 13 and primal fang at 16 (carefully). Ensure you prioritize enemies and try for ganks around 11. You should be able to win 1 v 1s after your second max item. Pls like if you enjoy eating them up!
Build this second if they have high healing regen (Khaimera, Grux, or Steel)
