Notes

Really you only need the first two items to dominate her and her carry early game. Everything after that is just winning more.

The core identity of the full build is to punish people from attacking you and to body block as much as possible. You don't need truesilver, just wait till the stun is over and you will be unstoppable. You won't take much damage while stunned anyways.

You won't be healing as much as a normal Narb build, but you'll make up for that with amazing sustain. You'll be tanky enough to stay in the fight and with hexbound you'll never run out of mana as long as you keep fighting. And if you never have to leave the fight, you can heal forever.
